Notes On Gift Aid:
If you are a UK taxpayer a charity can claim a tax re-payment of 28% from the government
on your payment, at no extra cost to you. Please contact our Treasurer if you wish to take advantage of this scheme. You will be required to confirm that you have paid UK
Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the charity will
reclaim on this payment.
Membership Type:
Full Membership of IA is open to anyone who has an ileostomy or an internal
pouch.
Associate Membership is open to anyone not eligible for ordinary membership
(i.e. a person without an ileostomy or an internal pouch), but who wishes to join
because he/she is interested in the work of the association. This applies to individuals
(eg. relatives of persons with a stoma or internal pouch, or members of the medical
profession), and also to companies. |
